Job summary

PF Holdings in the United States seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to troubleshoot, repair, commission, and maintain plant electrical and instrumentation systems on 12‑hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate has PLC experience, 3‑phase motor control skills, and mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, document work in Upkeep, and drive reliability improvements across equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years’ experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician.
• PLC experience
• 3 phase motor control experience
• Mechanical experience, knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety SOPs and site standards.
• Toubleshoot, fabricate, replace and/or repair industrial parts and equipment per competency.
• Improve reliability and cost effectiveness through ownership of equipment and systems.
• Act as SME through development of technical skills to support PM and troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Operate and test digital and pneumatic controls and plant instruments.
• Document work in Upkeep database to build equipment history and review repair history.
• Maintain and improve site technical documentation and drawings.
• Deliver red-lined drawings (as built) when discrepancies are identified.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in required training and share knowledge.
• Willing to work overtime and travel as needed.
• Contribute to team with related results.
• Perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed.
