Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting across electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation/control systems.
• Proficiency in calibration, loop checks, and documentation.
• Read and update schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams; diagnose PLC/HMI issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and rebuilds electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Performs instrumentation work including calibration and loop checks.
• Diagnoses PLC/HMI/drive issues and implements corrective actions.
• Executes preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Maintains CMMS histories and asset records.
• Mentors peers and may lead small maintenance tasks.
