Job summary

Archangel Lightworks Ltd seeks a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead design, integration and testing of complex subsystems within our Optical Communications Terminal. This hands-on role collaborates with software, mechanical and optical teams to ensure integration readiness and verified AIT status.

You will own subsystem development from requirements through verification, mentor engineers, and drive hardware-software integration, PCB/harness work, and formal test campaigns for reliable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronics development with end-to-end ownership of complex subsystems.
• Strong background in electronics design theory and validated board bring-up experience.
• Experience with schematic design, PCB layout and testing; hardware-software integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of the electronics function to meet objectives.
• Own end-to-end development of electrical subsystems from requirements to verification.
• Coordinate hardware-software integration and manage documentation/version control.
• Support PCB production and harness design; mentor junior engineers.
• Drive formal test campaigns and ensure readiness for AIT.
