Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. seeks an Electronics Engineer to support the establishment and growth of our PCBA manufacturing operation in the Reno/Sparks area.

You will contribute to electronic design support, BOM and component management, and resolution of production line issues across SMT and PCBA assembly. The role requires hands-on electronics manufacturing experience, solid PCB design knowledge, and ability to collaborate with DFM, quality, and production teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on electronics engineering experience in PCBA/SMT/EMS manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of PCB design, electronic components, and SMT assembly process.
• Experience with schematic review, BOM management, and failure analysis.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and ESD (ANSI/ESD S20.20) requirements.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Authorized to work in the United States (I-9 / E-Verify).

Responsabilidades

• Review customer schematics and PCB layouts for manufacturability; support NPI.
• Collaborate with DFM and product engineering to resolve design issues before production ramp.
• Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and ECNs.
• Support product qualification, first-article inspection, and production trials.
• Maintain and review BOMs for assigned products.
• Evaluate component alternatives and replacements; resolve shortages.
• Work with procurement to address lifecycle and supplier quality concerns.
• Ensure component specs align with customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SMT/PCBA defects on line.
• Perform failure analysis using X-ray, microscopes, ICT, and cross-sections.
• Analyze escape points and drive CAPA; support yield improvement.
• Apply IPC-A-610 and support solder paste printing, placement, reflow, and cleaning.
• Define inspection standards and control plans with quality engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Train production technicians on assembly standards and ESD.
