Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience.
• Strong PCBA design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting expertise.
• Expertise in analog and digital circuit design and development.
• Hands-on Cadence and/or Altium experience for schematic and PCB design.
• Experience in embedded electrical system design.
• Solid skills in board-level PCB design and signal integrity.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCBA ideation, design, prototyping, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop analog and digital circuits for embedded products.
• Create and review schematics and PCB layouts using Cadence or Altium.
• Support full product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Perform circuit testing, debugging, and failure analysis with lab equipment.
• Ensure signal integrity, EMC/ESD, and reliability compliance.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.
• Provide technical leadership, reviews, and risk assessments.
• Assist in verification, validation, manufacturing transfer, and documentation.
