Job summary

Soho Square Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical and electronic systems for new and existing products. You will create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer, and lead cross-functional hardware development through all stages of the Product Development Process.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 6 years of experience in electrical/electronic product development, with strong proficiency in Altium Designer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in electrical/electronic product development.
• Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical and electronic systems for new and existing products.
• Lead electrical design efforts through all phases of the Product Development Process.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex issues.
• Support verification, validation, and qualification activities.
• Evaluate design trade-offs between topology, cost, manufacturability, reliability and performance.
• Extend and enhance product platforms while maintaining compliance with applicable standards.
