Job summary

Accelera is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to manage assembly, repair, and rework of mechanical and electronic systems including PCBs, motors, cables, and frames. Reporting to Production Manager, ideal for proactive individuals seeking long-term development; requires US citizenship and ability to travel ~10%.

Core duties include reading schematics, using calipers and multimeters, soldering, and ensuring builds meet strict specs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of practical manufacturing experience.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Must pass a background screening.
Must complete mandatory HAZMAT training.
Willingness to travel ~10%
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Must be prepared to perform a soldering assessment during interview.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electronic subassemblies including panels, frames, motors, and PCBs.
Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and specs to ensure precision.
Operate power supplies, calipers, and calibrated tools to meet requirements.
Identify and resolve component issues and perform rework as needed.
Complete electromechanical assembly tasks including torquing and mating connectors.
Perform box builds and align circuit cards with proper torquing.
Quality-check incoming parts and ongoing builds to uphold standards.
Program and test power supply systems as required.
Document discrepancies to support quality improvements.
