Job summary

CIS Secure is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician III to support the assembly, testing, configuration, and repair of electronic and electro-mechanical products. The role requires reading specifications, wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring conformance with established requirements.

You may guide less experienced technicians and occasionally lead projects. Responsibilities include assembling, testing, and repairing equipment, preparing for production, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of related assembly or technical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, diagrams.
• Experience with test instruments and hand tools.
• U.S. person per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair precision electronic and electro-mechanical equipment per blueprints and instructions.
• Prepare daily activities for assembly, testing, and repair of products.
• Support complex assemblies and production projects requiring high accuracy.
• Manufacture, route, and terminate wiring, cables, and harnesses per specs.
• Assemble computer enclosures to established requirements.
• Inspect, adjust, repair, or replace components to meet specs.
• Generate and maintain accurate production and repair records.
• Provide instruction or training to less experienced Assembly Technicians.
