Job summary

We’re seeking a hands-on Electronics and Integration Technician to join our Electrical Engineering team in Longmont, CO. You will perform cable/harness assembly, troubleshoot and ensure system integration meets performance and workmanship standards. All applicants must possess or qualify to obtain a U.S.

DoD security clearance; preference for those with an existing clearance. Responsibilities include PCB intake and validation, building cables for lab setups, tracking materials, and coordinating

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electronics testing or assembly.
• Associate Degree or Technical equivalent required.
• Experience with cable/harness assembly and system integration.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB intake & validation following test procedures.
• Assemble and update copper and fiber cables for lab setups.
• Kit and track integration materials from intake to final system integration.
• Execute system integration using engineering docs (block diagrams, CAD).
• Support assembly validation to ensure performance.
• Maintain EE lab tools and coordinate calibration.
