The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, lab testing, requirements generation and verification, and mentoring newer engineers to drive rapid yet reliable system realization in a growing small company environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and executing complex EW programs.
• Strong verification and test automation experience.
• Lab experience with integration, testing, and validation.
• Hands-on hardware experience with transceivers, subsystems.
• Ability to translate customer use cases into requirements.
