Job summary

KBR seeks a Senior Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to support NAVAIR, PEO(U&W), PMA-266, and the MQ-9 MAGTF UAS/MUX program. You will lead EW integration, certification, testing, fielding, and sustainment, working with government, industry, and fleet stakeholders to meet mission requirements.

Responsibilities include developing EW requirements, performing trade studies, and coordinating lab and flight tests.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 10 years of experience supporting design, integration, acquisition, testing, deployment, or sustainment of complex aerospace, EW, RF, or defense systems.
• Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EW subject matter expert; provide technical recommendations and assessments for acquisition, integration, fielding, and sustainment decisions.
• Lead integration, testing, certification, and sustainment of EW payloads on MQ-9 MUX MALE platform.
• Develop, decompose, trace, and manage EW system requirements across aircraft, payload, ground control, and mission system architectures.
• Support development, integration, and assessment of ES, EA, and EP capabilities.
• Conduct trade studies and analyses of alternatives to evaluate EW technologies and architectures.
• Support spectrum operations, RF compatibility assessments, and spectrum certification activities.
• Perform end-to-end technical integration of EW payloads with aircraft systems and mission processors.
• Coordinate lab, ground, and flight test activities; verify requirements and certification objectives.
• Support SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and other technical reviews.
• Evaluate EW system performance against requirements and mission objectives; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Shape EW collection workflows and interoperability with Joint and Naval architectures.
• Develop airworthiness, certification, manuals, training, and sustainment documentation for fielding.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineers, test teams, operators, and industry partners to ensure performance, safety, and certification.
