Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Electronic Warfare) to lead end-to-end solution development for DoD EW, Cyber, and Systems Engineering opportunities. The role involves translating requirements into architectures, staffing strategies, and compelling proposal content.

You will mentor teams, work across business, engineering, and proposal groups, and support both classified and unclassified proposals. TS/SCI clearance is required, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership in DoD/IC programs.
• Experience leading technical solution development for large Federal capture and proposals (TCV $100M+ preferred).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical solution development for strategic capture and proposal efforts.
• Translate customer requirements into executable architectures, staffing strategies, and proposal content.
• Lead cross-functional teams across BD, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing and Product Management.
• Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop technical discriminators for competitive positioning.
• Support classified and unclassified proposals ensuring technical quality, compliance, and consistency.
• Represent CW's EW capabilities through customer engagements, technical briefings, white papers, demonstrations, and strategy sessions.
• Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to proposal reviews and technical solution assessments.
