Job summary

Insight Global in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, is seeking an Electronic Warfare/Radiofrequency Systems Maintenance Engineer to oversee post-production evaluation, testing, and validation of RF/EW systems to ensure performance specifications and operational readiness.

Daily duties include developing sustainment strategies for fielded EW systems, performing RAM analyses with MTBF/MTTR, conducting LORA analyses, and coordinating with engineering, logistics, and OEM teams to resolve hardware and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (military experience or relevant work experience accepted)
• 5+ years of experience as an Electronic Warfare Engineer
• RAM, availability, and maintainability analyses; MTBF/MTTR metrics and related performance measures
• Troubleshooting, failure analysis, PQDRs, technical documentation, BOMs, and sustainment support

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance and sustainment strategies for fielded EW/RF systems to maximize readiness and lifecycle performance.
• Perform RAM analyses, track MTBF and MTTR, identify reliability trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) to determine cost-effective repair/maintenance approaches.
• Investigate equipment failures, review PQDRs, coordinate with engineering, logistics, and OEM teams to resolve issues.
• Create, update, and maintain technical manuals, maintenance procedures, BOMs, and sustainment documentation.
