Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years testing electronic circuit card assemblies and using electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and board-level testing of electronic assemblies using automated test platforms in Windows and Linux environments.
• Analyze test results and identify trends, recurring failures, and potential process improvements; provide feedback to Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
• Program and configure programmable devices using tools such as Intel/Altera, Lattice, and Xilinx development environments.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities related to product quality and test failures.
• Maintain production flow by actively managing assigned work orders and reducing aged WIP.
• Accurately document test results, failures, rework requirements, and other manufacturing records.
• Follow all established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, ESD controls, and Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.
