Job summary

You will handle environmental testing, document results, and follow EHS procedures while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Minimum 2 years testing electronic circuit card assemblies.
• Ability to read engineering documentation and test procedures.
• Preferred: Associate degree or tech certification in Electronics.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with embedded computing platforms, networking products, RF assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and board-level testing of electronic assemblies.
• Analyze test results to identify trends and process improvements.
• Configure programmable devices using Intel/Altera, Lattice, and Xilinx environments.
• Document test results and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Follow procedures, ESD controls and EHS requirements.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
