Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering (or related field) with 4+ years in controls or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience as a Controls or Systems Engineer or Specialist accepted as alternative.
• Experience in technology development of electronic systems, subsystems, and components; architecture, implementation and verification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the architecture and technology development of Cummins’ electronic systems platform, subsystems, and components.
• Provide strategic leadership for the electronic systems product line and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead development processes and tools for electronic hardware, software, and calibration; ensure high quality decision making.
