Job summary

Mission Multiplier is seeking a Senior Electronic Security System (ESS) Engineer to provide design, integration, and technical support for ESS products spanning intrusion, access control, and video surveillance. This role is based in Huntsville, AL and requires strong senior engineering capabilities.

You will develop and review technical designs and system architectures, coordinate with vendors and customers, mentor junior engineers, and produce engineering deliverables, reports, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
• B.S. degree in Engineering or related field.
• Current or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level engineering support for ESS products, equipment, software, and solutions.
• Design, evaluate, integrate, and troubleshoot ESS solutions supporting intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems.
• Develop and review technical designs, system architectures, equipment configurations, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate ESS technical solutions in accordance with standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance regarding ESS equipment, software, system integration, and interoperability.
• Support system installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Evaluate existing ESS systems and recommend upgrades, modifications, or improvements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal personnel on ESS equipment and system requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, test procedures, assessments, and other engineering deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical personnel.
• Support development of approaches, estimates, proposals, and documentation for ESS task orders and projects.
• Represent the company in technical discussions and customer engagements involving ESS engineering products, equipment, software, and solutions.
