Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level engineering support for ESS products, equipment, software, and solutions.
• Design, evaluate, integrate, and troubleshoot ESS solutions for intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance.
• Develop and review technical designs, system architectures, equipment configurations, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop ESS technical solutions per standards and project needs.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations regarding ESS equipment, software, and interoperability.
• Support system installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Evaluate existing ESS systems and recommend upgrades, modifications, replacements, or improvements.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide engineering recommendations to customers and project teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal personnel on ESS requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, test procedures, assessments, and other engineering deliverables.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support ESS task orders and proposals.
• Represent the company in technical discussions and customer engagements involving ESS engineering products and solutions.
