Job summary

NextGen Security, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced electronic security project manager to oversee installation projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate field teams. You will be the main client contact and ensure project success through quality control and safety compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of security project management experience, expertise in access control, IDS, and IP-based VMS, plus networking knowledge. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security project management experience.
• Experience configuring, installing and maintaining enterprise-level access control systems.
• Experience with IDS (fiber and copper) and IP-based VMS systems.
• Strong networking/IT knowledge and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Familiarity with local security codes and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete installation projects and provide project financial oversight.
• Coordinate scheduling, subcontractors and field personnel for on-site work.
• Act as primary client contact and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel may be required to client sites and project locations.
