Job summary

NextGen Security, LLC is seeking an experienced electronic security service technician to join our fast growing and dynamic team in Dallas, TX. You will oversee field projects, program systems, activate and commission installations, and service high-end security devices across client sites.

The role requires travel and a strong background in access control, IDS, VMS, and IT networking, with a focus on safety and compliance in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading security projects in complex environments.
• 3+ years supervising sub-contractors on field installations.
• Experience with enterprise-grade access control, IDS and VMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of security codes, standards and IT networking.

Responsibilities

• Project oversight in the field and on-site programming.
• System programming and commissioning of security devices.
• Installation of field devices and integration with IT networks.
• Servicing and troubleshooting high-end equipment.
• Travel occasionally to client sites as required.
