Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors in Northern Virginia. You will oversee multiple projects from inception to close, coordinate with engineering, sales, and technical staff, and ensure robust communication with customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in electronic security systems, strong leadership, and proficiency with Lenel/Axis/Verint systems, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with electronic security systems
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient with scheduling software such as MS Project, SimPro, or Smartsheets
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Background check required
• Training and Certifications in the above product lines and PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, Fire systems, and/or DMP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Project management experience in electronic security system environments
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work meets i2G standards and stakeholder expectations
• Strong communication with customers and subcontractors
• Read and understand security system drawings and related electrical/civil drawings
• Manage integration engineers for access control, IDS, and CCTV systems
• Maintain project equipment inventory and red-line drawings
• Assist with creating proposals as needed
