Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience applying technical skill and knowledge in digital electronic technology: circuit design, analysis, test & evaluation.
• Deep and broad understanding of high-speed digital electronics technology and embedded hardware design.
• Experience comparing microprocessor architectures, designing with and configuring memory and I/O interfaces, high-speed digital design and layout, and EMI mitigation.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate schematics and PCB layouts for controllers, sensors, and perception modules used in robotics and mobility systems.
• Perform electronic design analysis to determine circuit topology, component selection, and expected performance in harsh environments.
• Ensure designs comply with standards for reliability, EMI/EMC performance, and environmental robustness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics into complete products.
• Develop and execute test plans for prototype and production-intent hardware.
• Troubleshoot signal integrity, thermal, and power distribution issues.
• Document designs for production release.
• Support lifecycle management and EOL transitions.
• Support integration of new technologies into autonomous products.
