Job summary

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include assembly, troubleshooting, testing, adjusting and calibrating electronic instruments and test equipment, such as:

• Computer controlled resistance, inductance and capacitance decades
• Milliohmmeters
• Megohmmeters
• Capacitance meters
• Stroboscopes
• LCR Meters

Requirements

• 1. MUST have electronic testing and troubleshooting experience down to component level utilizing schematics, handheld multimeters and other bench instruments.
• 2. Experience with test instruments including handheld multimeters, Fluke 8508A 8.5 Digit Reference Multimeters, oscilloscopes, resistance, inductance and capacitance standards
• 3. Experience with calibration of test equipment
• 4. PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• 5. Ability to read and follow schematics, assembly procedures and calibration procedures
• 6. Good quality soldering and electronic assembly workmanship and skills
• 7. Familiarity with GenRad and esi test instrumentation is a plus
