Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced (Electronic) Assembler Level 4 FAA to assemble complex products on-site. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and operates on 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, in a safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include following detailed instructions, inspecting components, collaborating with teammates, maintaining cleanliness, and documenting processes. U.S. Person compliance and pre-employment drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years of assembly/manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years of soldering through-hole and surface-mount.
• Knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions.
• Experience with quality control and identifying defects during assembly.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex assembly tasks following detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect and test assembled components to ensure quality and specs.
• Collaborate with team to identify and resolve assembly issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Document assembly processes and report deviations or defects.
