Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Ability to read work instructions and logs.

Responsibilities

• Kitting substrates and small parts onto gel packs using tweezers and vacuum wands.
• Load and unload substrates from an automated pick-and-place machine.
• Physically count substrates and verify quantities.
• Visually inspect substrates and confirm correct parts are kitted.
• Inspection may be performed under a microscope.
• Clean, stage, and organize substrates, gel packs and waffle packs.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions precisely.
• Fill logs and operation sheets.
• Operate other Thin Film processes and machines as directed.
