Job summary

IMRIS Imaging, Inc. in Chaska, MN, is seeking a Senior Electromechanical Technician to join our on-site team. The role requires hands-on electromechanical assembly, testing, and repair of medical devices, with mentorship responsibilities and collaboration with production staff.

Ideal candidates will have five years of related experience and an Associate degree. Relocation is not offered; candidates should reside in the Greater Twin Cities area.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of electromechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient with electrical testing equipment and wiring tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, program, test and package electromechanical assemblies per specs.
• Conduct functional testing of systems, subassemblies, and components.
• Troubleshoot and repair with minimal supervision.
• Document defects and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Mentor teammates and support process improvements.
