Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM required for the role.
U.S. Citizenship required.
No clearance to start, but ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
Working knowledge of materials, specifications, manufacturing processes and design tools for antenna panels and electronics assemblies.
Proficient with mechanical hardware design in RF/EO sensor or antenna assemblies; includes packaging.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end mechanical design and development of advanced antenna and electro-mechanical sensor sub-assemblies through all lifecycle phases.
Develop high-fidelity 3D CAD models (Creo or Siemens NX) and aerospace-compliant documentation.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks; support troubleshooting during integration and testing.
Drive digital engineering practices, including MBSE, Agile/DevOps, simulation, and data analytics.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility and manufacturability.
Support proposal volumes, technology roadmap creation, and process improvements.
