Atomic Machines in Emeryville, CA is seeking a Senior Electrical Integration Engineer (Electromechanical Focus) to design, build, document, and troubleshoot the electrical systems used in our custom manufacturing equipment.

You will own the electrical integration of electromechanical modules, from sensors, actuators, and third-party electronics through first-article build, bring-up, validation, and documentation, with emphasis on interconnect design, fixtures, routing, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience or equivalent hands-on work.
• Experience with electromechanical hardware bring-up and testing.
• Ability to read schematics, block diagrams, and datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, document, and troubleshoot electrical systems for custom equipment.
• Own electrical integration of electromechanical modules from sensors to third-party electronics.
• Create ICDs, interconnect diagrams, and assembly procedures.
• Collaborate with mechanical, embedded, and manufacturing engineers to turn prototypes into reliable designs.
