Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• 6 years of applicable professional or educational experience.
• Experience with electronics, mechanical design, control systems, inertial sensors, and actuators for spacecraft/launch vehicles.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, LabVIEW, SolidWorks, C/C++, Python.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical studies involving evaluation, analysis, modeling or simulation of control systems and components.
• Perform experimental investigations, controller design, data reduction, and sensor/actuator calibration.
• Interact with government customers, program management, and contractors to support multiple programs.
• Communicate results clearly to internal/external customers as a technical authority or project lead.
• Mentor and lead technical staff to promote growth and productivity.
