Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an Assembly Technician in Missouri to perform assembly, refurbishment, subassembly and test of electromechanical components to meet quality standards and production schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with preference for electromechanical assembly. Day shift, 6:00am–2:30pm, with holidays, PTO, bonus eligibility and a strong Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks with accuracy.
• Able to work across teams and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and assembly procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup on all stations and benches; verify data forms.
• Follow procedures to complete production steps per schedule.
• Document information on DHR forms per Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain separation of lots using barriers and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized and manage scrap/materials.
• Help train coworkers in processes and machine operation.
• Support end-of-shift shutdown and equipment shutdown as needed.
• Process nonconforming product per NCMR instructions.
• Perform work in compliance with quality procedures and standards.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
