Qualifications

PhD in a relevant science or engineering field is required.
10+ years in the Semiconductor Equipment industry with wet chemical and electroplating experience.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple project teams.
Experience with electrochemical processing and electroplating is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead teams of engineers and scientists to invent and test subsystems for electrochemical processing of wafers and panels.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and controls engineers for new product development.
Develop technology to meet market needs and drive cost of ownership improvements.
Draft and review IP filings with patent counsel.
