Zusammenfassung

Starkey in Eden Prairie, MN seeks an experienced electroacoustic engineer to design and verify hearing aid hardware (PCBA and acoustics) across RIC, BTE, ITC, ITE and related devices. You will collaborate with Acoustic, Electrical, and Signal Integrity teams to meet requirements and ensure smooth design transfer to production.

Responsibilities include planning designs, prototyping, selecting components, electroacoustic verification, and documenting specifications.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 7 years of relevant design, testing, and transfer experience with BS
Minimum 5 years of relevant design, testing, and transfer experience with MS
Minimum 2 years of relevant design, testing, and transfer experience with PhD
Experience leading junior engineers and technicians on projects

Aufgaben

Plan and design electroacoustic hardware for Starkey products across multiple form factors
Plan and run simulations and rapid prototype evaluations for early risk reduction
Lead design, verification, and documentation activities across product lifecycles
Coordinate PLM releases and production transfers; ensure compliance with standards
