Starkey Hearing Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks an experienced acoustics engineer to plan and execute transducer evaluation, model creation, and simulation for product designs. You will collaborate with Electroacoustic, Electrical, and Acoustic teams to meet requirements and maintain simulation processes.

You will lead problem-solving, develop testing and characterization methods, and contribute to continuous improvement in hardware and software while advancing hearing technology.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in acoustics or related field.
• Experience designing and simulating transducers and acoustic paths.
• Proven leadership in guiding engineers and technicians.

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct transducer evaluation and simulations.
• Lead model creation and lab verification.
• Define tests and characterization methods for components and aids.
• Develop design guidelines and assist in product lifecycle.
