Job summary

Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Acoustics, Acoustic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum years of design, simulation, and model creation experience in product development.
- Experience with transducer evaluation, anechoic chamber usage, and ANSI/IEC standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute transducer evaluation, simulations, and component selection.
- Define tests and verification for components and hearing aids.
- Develop design guidelines and enforce specifications for transducers and sub‑assemblies.
- Lead problem-solving for product issues and mentor junior engineers.
