Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 to troubleshoot and maintain Material Handling Equipment at the Memphis, TN DHL/Nike site. The role operates on a day shift from 5 am to 5 pm, following a Panama 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and timely work-order documentation. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of electro-mechanical troubleshooting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance routines and documentation.
• Able to read schematics and use electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking and component replacement.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines and document procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
• Create and close work orders with data on labor hours, maintenance, and parts used.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and identify resources needed to resolve them.
• Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to meet specifications.
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
• Identify problems as they occur and take corrective actions.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the organization.
