Dematic Corp. in Union City, GA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician 4 to lead advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of conveyor and material handling systems. You will mentor lower-level technicians and support safety, uptime, and reliability across shifts.

The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC skills, with experience in conveyors and automation. Overtime and weekend work may be required; night and day shifts are available.

Qualificações

• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC and control systems.
• Experience with conveyors and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• CMMS experience and asset management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of automated material handling systems (electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics).
• Drive rapid resolution of equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve uptime.
• Mentor technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in emergencies.
