Job summary

You’ll guide engineering teams, apply sound judgment to solve problems, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a regulated gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering theory and practice.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Experience with 3D CAD and SolidWorks; familiarity with BOM and ECO processes.
• Comfort with basic shop equipment and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design electro-mechanical assemblies and systems for gaming products.
• Create parts and assemblies in 3D CAD; evaluate cost, serviceability, manufacturability.
• Develop BOMs, assembly procedures, and product-release documentation.
• Mentor or lead junior engineers and collaborate across divisions.
