Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Archbald, PA is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembler Senior to assemble precision electro-mechanical components, harnesses, and circuit cards. You will hand-populate, solder, and touch up complex cards, build assemblies, and perform conformal coating operations with strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires interpreting drawings, using hand tools, and meeting product specs. Relocation support may be available; U.S.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to interpret electro-mechanical assembly drawings and follow work instructions.
• Ability to perform soldering and touchup on circuit cards and assemblies.
• Familiarity with conformal coating and PWB processes is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain JSTSTD Coating certification and other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies with high quality and safety standards.
• Hand populate and solder complex circuit cards; perform touchup as needed.
• Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies and wire sub-assemblies.
• Operate equipment for conformal coating, soldering, washing, and coating processes.
• Follow drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation to complete tasks.
