Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Archbald, PA is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembler to build precision electro‑mechanical assemblies, harnesses, and circuit cards. You will follow instructions, use a variety of tools, and assemble sub‑assemblies as part of a team or solo.

The role emphasizes high quality, safety, and adherence to ESD requirements, with overtime and varied shifts as needed to support schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Experience using a variety of hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, weekends, and/or alternate shifts.
• Achieve the defined quality and HPU standards for assigned work.
• Ability to become certified in Cable and Harness Class.
• Ability to become certified in JSTSTD Mods 001-002.
• Ability to become certified in any required skills or processes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies to exact specifications.
• Support manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards and miscellaneous assemblies.
• Follow work instructions to meet product specs, performance targets and quality levels.
• Form components and hand or machine populate circuit cards.
• Operate equipment such as laser wire strippers, crimpers and pneumatic tools.
• Perform detailed soldering on micro and sub-miniature components.
• Build precision electro-mechanical assemblies and wiring.
• Support continuous improvement and problem solving activities.
• Adhere to safety and ESD requirements.
• Utilize hand tools, computers, and other equipment to manufacture products.
