Job summary

The role requires 5–10 years of industrial experience, an electrical apprenticeship, ability to read schematics and drawings, skilled with hand and power tools, and readiness for long hours and safety practices. Reports to Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Must read and write and perform basic math.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, manuals, and work orders.
• Capable of using hand and power tools and maintaining tools.
• Willingness to mentor apprentices and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex electrical work and troubleshoot PLCs
• Program drives and automation systems
• Plan electrical projects and power distribution work
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices
• Support reliability, preventive maintenance and shutdown planning
• Verify LOTO and safety procedures on every job
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and work extended hours as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and proper PPE usage
