Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division in Greencastle, PA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician MEP to perform skilled trades and lead maintenance activities across electrical and mechanical systems.

The role requires a minimum of four years of skilled trade schooling and five years of institutional maintenance experience, plus licensure options such as Journeyman or Master licenses and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling.
• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance discipline.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled maintenance duties related to facility engineering and maintenance functions, with leadership and QA support.
• Maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems and related equipment.
• Maintains logs, completes work orders, and supports preventive maintenance activities.

Education

Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling

Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance discipline

Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade
