Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking an Electrician Senior Intermediate (III) for the Night Shift to maintain and improve electrical systems and production equipment across assigned areas. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and Electrician Intermediate II (DOS) completion.
• Proven electrical troubleshooting experience and PLC/industrial control familiarity.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in electrical systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and control systems including MCCs, motors, inverters, drives and PLCs.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with safety, quality and productivity impact.
• Lead PM/CM activities and develop detailed job plans; update schematics as needed.
• Support reliability improvements, production upgrades, and equipment installation.
• Mentor Electrician II staff and assist IV/V level electricians on complex installs.
