Job summary

Three Saints Bay seeks an Electrician Foreman in San Diego, CA to supervise electricians and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Duties include reading blueprints, ensuring safety, and coordinating with contractors to ensure contract success.

Ideal candidates will have eight years of experience, Navy A/C training, and the ability to obtain security clearance. A valid driver’s license and drug screening are required for this Federal contractor role.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Navy A/C school training completed.
• Minimum eight years’ experience; prior Electrical Foreman/supervisor role.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to read/interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electricians; ensure safety and quality.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical orders for assembly.
• Install, inspect, test, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Interact with contractors/clients to ensure contract success.
• Train and mentor electrical workers; manage schedules and budgets.
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
• Maintain Navy-specific procedures and QWI forms.
