Job summary

C3M Power Systems is seeking an Electrician Foreman for Transportation and/or Industrial Construction projects. Lead on-site electrical installations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure scheduling and documentation are aligned with budget and timelines.

The role requires 7 years of electrical experience, a valid electrical license, and readiness for hands-on field work. Expect a vigorous, safety-focused environment with potential travel to multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• 7 years of Electrical experience required.
• Completion of Apprenticeship program preferred but not mandatory.
• Current Electrical License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of electrical installations on Transportation and/or Industrial Construction projects.
• Coordinate and schedule all work with the project management team, GC, and owner/client.
• Establish a job schedule, ensure all document control measures are adhered to, ensure the job has all material, tools, and manpower needed to complete on time and within budget.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all installations and tasks.
