C3M Power Systems is hiring an Electrician Foreman to lead electrical installations on rail and industrial projects. You will coordinate with project management, general contractors, and owners to deliver on schedule, within budget, and with rigorous safety and quality controls.

The role requires a current electrical license and about seven years of experience, with potential benefits including a company vehicle and bonus program. Expect fieldwork at active sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 7 years of electrical experience.
• Completion of an Apprenticeship program preferred but not mandatory.
• Current Electrical License is required.
• BICSI Certification preferred.
• Experience on Transportation or Industrial Construction projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all electrical installations on Transportation and/or Industrial Construction projects.
• Coordinate and schedule work with project management, GC, and owner/client.
• Establish job schedule, ensure material, tools, and manpower are available.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all installations.
