Job summary

C3M Power Systems is seeking an Electrician General Foreman for transportation and/or industrial construction projects. You will supervise electrical installations on active job sites, coordinate with project management, GC, and clients, and drive safety and quality across tasks.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to read plans, and to manage schedules, materials, and manpower to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7 years of Electrical experience required
• Completion of Apprenticeship program preferred but not mandatory
• Current Electrical License

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of electrical installations on Transportation and/or Industrial Construction projects
• Coordinate and schedule all work with the project management team, GC, and owner/client
• Establish a job schedule, ensure all document control measures are adhered to, ensure the job has all material, tools, and manpower needed to complete on time and within budget
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all installations and tasks
