Texas State Technical College is seeking a Senior Electrician to oversee and perform electrical installations and maintenance across the campus. This position ensures all electrical systems function safely and efficiently while adhering to regulations. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, a journeyman or master electrician license, and at least six years of combined training in the electrician trade.
The role involves physical tasks and requires strength, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential to coordinate with other departments effectively.
The Senior Electrician is responsible for assisting in overseeing and performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across the college campus. This role ensures that all electrical systems and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently while adhering to all codes and regulations.
Salary range: $27.66–$30.43 per hour. Final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
