Qualifications

• Requires electrical engineering/education background.
• Experience communicating using virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebEx).
• Strong presenting skills and course development ability.
• Familiarity with adult learning methods and requirements.
• Able to adapt to changing conditions or situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees and clients
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
• Utilize virtual learning systems to deliver training to remote employees and clients
• Conduct in-person training sessions and presentations
• Assess training needs and develop customized training programs to meet those needs
• Track and report on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide support and guidance to trainers and trainees
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
• Able to pass client drug screening requirements for site access
• Able to travel for training or consultations
