Job summary

Shermco Industries, Inc. seeks a training professional to design and deliver programs for employees and clients across on-site and remote settings. You will create manuals, presentations, and online resources and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.

Using virtual learning systems to reach dispersed learners, you will conduct in-person sessions and tailor programs to client needs. Travel for trainings and consultations is required.

Qualifications

• Requires electrical engineering/education background.
• Experience communicating using virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebEx).
• Strong presenting skills and course development ability.
• Familiarity with adult learning methods and requirements.
• Able to adapt to changing conditions or situations.

Pay Range

USD $50.00 - USD $62.50 /Hr.
