Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree and five years of relevant experience.
• Two of the five years must be at a senior technician level with supervision.
• IMSA Level II and/or Master Electrician’s certificate preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• CDL Class B (Airbrakes) required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the Electrical Traffic Control and Street Lighting Division.
• Supervise two or more full-time subordinate supervisors and/or employees.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of traffic control devices and street lighting.
• Design plans for new and existing intersections.
• Evaluate estimated and real costs of all jobs.
• Perform essential administrative duties.
